About this event

Bridge Builders Foundation in partnership with Delta Sigma Theta (Los Angeles Alumnae) present this financial literacy workshop.

There are many social determinants of racial inequality (health, housing, education, employment, incarceration and criminalization, and life expectancy). Financial literacy is critically important because wealth has multi-generational benefits.

Wealth inequality perpetuates a disparate distribution of advantage, access, and opportunity. It is personal, institutional, structural and systemic. Bridge Builders Foundation (BBF), as part of our holistic investment in youth and communities of color, has developed a culturally relevant financial literacy and wealth empowerment curriculum targeting African American and Latinx communities.
